[00:00:01] Everyone walks into Thanksgiving with wine. But if you want to be the hero this Thanksgiving night, walk in with tequila. And this year, I've picked two brand new 2025 brands that will absolutely blow people away. Thanksgiving night is slow and cozy. It's all about relaxing after the chaos. You need something smooth and flavorful, something that matches that vibe. So today I'm giving you two incredible tequilas that came out this year, 2025. One reposado and one anejo. And they pair perfectly with Thanksgiving desserts, conversations, and football. Tequila number one, Coretta de Oro. It's a brand new brand released in 2025.
[00:00:41] Honestly, this one really shocked me when I first got it. This is a brand that was around for a long time and disappeared. And Renak Patel really got a hold of this and decided we're going to create something special. This is slowly aged in white oak. It gives you this perfect balance between agave and barrel. It's bright, it's warm, it's loaded with character, and it's exactly what you want on that tequila night. For a sipper, here's what makes it special. It's agave forward. It's citrus minerality, touch of smoke. There's cinnamon, pepper, and a hint of mint. Thanksgiving spices meeting fresh agave. You get toasted agave right away. In the palate, you get this citrus, pepper, oak and a little bit of spice smoke running through it. It's vibrant, it's complex, it's lively with the minerality. It keeps you coming back for more. The taste is amazing. The finish, it's clean, it's spicy. You get cinnamon forward with agave sweetness. It is one that when you sip it on the couch, you just are knowing you're having the right thing on Thanksgiving night. Tequila number two, Pedro Fortiva. It is another standout for 2025. This Anejo is rich, it's warm, it's built for the holiday season. It's 43 ABV, so it helps you put up with those family members that just won't shut up or want to talk about things you're not interested in. It gives you pure flavor, pure agave. It's beautiful. Dessert, friendly profile. When I got the opportunity to sit down right here with Sneaky Pete, it was so fun to really talk about their tequila. Peter and Omar, who started this brand together, have really done a great thing. Peter coming from the background in the beer and other spirits and then meeting up with Omar, who is a family of agaveros. And both of these are from unique regions of the area. Neither of them sit in the highlands, neither of them in the Valles. So they're bringing a little bit different flavors within this tequila. With Pedro Fortiva on the nose. Caramelized agave, orange blossom, vanilla, warm baking spices. You pick up some nutmeg, some anise. If Thanksgiving had a fragrance, man, this would be it on the palate. Rich cooked agave layered with this medium dark chocolate, white pepper, subtle citrus. It's complex, it's elegant. It's ridiculous to just sit there and sip. The finish is smooth, it's velvety. It's got a long, warm finish. I get a little chocolate, a little citrus. It'd be perfect with a pecan pie and watching the football game. Why do these two work? Here's why these bottles make for a perfect Thanksgiving night duo. Trent de Oro. Bright, spicy minerality. Amazing right after dinner with pumpkin pie. Pedro Fortiva. It's warm, it's rich, it's dessert, like, fantastic with a beacon pie or apple crisp or quite honestly, just sitting on the couch. They're Both new for 2025, so you're not showing up with the same bottles that everybody else has tried. So if you want to impress your family, your friends, or just treat yourself after surviving Thanksgiving dinner with family, bring these two bottlesado. Pedro Fortiva Arniejo for the perfect 2025 Thanksgiving tequilas. Cheers. I hope you all have a happy Thanksgiving. I want to say thanks to the people that support me, that watch these videos, that like and comment and continue to message me. I really appreciate it.
