[00:00:00] All right, I'm going to give you six new blancos that I've received this year that really I'm excited about and I've been impressed with. The first one I'm going to give you is Blanco Blanco. I'm really excited about the interview that I have coming up with these guys. It's going to be really informational. These guys are USDA organic. This tequila is coming out of NOM 1633 stone oven to honor crushed. They're using Los Altos agaves. And this tequila has been really amazing to me. It's a really good blanco. You should try it out. Polanco. Another. Another one that I'm really fired up about. I just did the interview with Todd Hummel, elevation 1250 coming out of the vias. The Amatan Master Distiller, Iliana Partida. This tequila is really special. Vallez Agaves autoclave, high pressure for cooking. They're using a roller mill for crushing and they're doing stainless steel open fermentation. And the profile of this tequila is so agave forward and easy to drink. It's really been exciting to me and one that I've been grabbing off the shelf quite a bit, as you can see. All right, I'm going to give you another 1522 cacha soul. This is the Cacha Soul epic. And these guys did some things that are a little different. Jimmy Salza, Master Distiller. The agaves came out of Nayarit and they used, they used an IPA yeast to do this one in the stainless steel fermentation. This tequila, 48% ABV, 96 proof. This stuff is awesome. It's great to drink. It's got a great high proof taste to it. You get a lot of cooked agave, you get a lot of minerality. And I think those Nayarit agaves bring a little bit different citrus hit to it. And that fermentation with those IPA yeasts give you this really neat, fruity flavor. So this one Cache Soul. This one has been blowing my mind. Another one, Manuscript, though they're out of Wisconsin. Three best friends came up with the idea to bring a great tequila to Wisconsin. I did an interview with J because he talks about the brand Master Distiller, Oscar Vasquez. Oscar's one of my favorite master distillers. He's a young guy, he's killing it. He really understands making tequila and making great tasting tequila. Nam 1643 El Savino. This is a fairly new distillery. These are all estate agaves. This one's coming in at your 42.5 ABV. This is, this is phenomenal manuscript though. Great tequila. Another one coming out of 1643. Master distiller Roberto Lopez, 35 year old phenom. Not only does he run the distillery, but the agaves are coming from his estate. He is the nephew of Felipe Camarano, the owner of G4. This kid knows how to make tequila. Stone oven, roller mill. Also stone oven and tona crush open fermentation blend. And what's amazing about Zumbador, 23 to 25 bucks. I mean this tequila tastes like a 50 blanco. It's amazing. It's blowing my mind. I definitely need to get more of it. Zumba door. Fantastic. And I'm gonna throw in a sixth Maxwell park tequila. I just met the vice president of marketing. He lives a mile and a half from my house here in the McCordsville area. These guys brought out and it says exclusive platinum blanco Maxwell park tequila made at NOM 14.99. They're using Los Altos agaves, high pressure autoclave or mill. And I'm going to get some more information about how this tequila is fermented. I am going to be doing an interview with Dominique, the owner of the brand since he lives right here in Indiana. A really cool bottle, cool presentation. Tequila is pretty tasty as well. So there are six blancos that if you're looking for a good blanco in 2025, find these. A lot of these have great distribution. Some of them are a little harder to find. Put some websites in the description. If you've got a tequila that's blown you away in 2025, put it in the comments. I'd love to find out about it.
