[00:00:00] Hey, guys. I got a new one to test out today. I want to do a review on this bottle that was sent to me. Tequila Kultura 100. And I've tasted it. I let it rest a little bit to give it a taste. I love tequilas that come from nom 1414. So I threw on the Sergio Cruz shirt and the 1414 hat for this one. So my buddy Keith, Keith Bogart sent me this. He actually worked with Jaime, the owner, and Sergio Cruz to pick this profile at nom1414. And that's pretty. That's pretty awesome to get to sit there and go through the different tastings in the bottles. And some of the bottles look like this, and you get to taste through them and. And decide which one you think is your favorite. And. And Keith got to do that and help out on this one. So again, nom 1414 Highlands Agave, brick oven, roller mill, copper stills, and the master, Sergio Cruz put this phenomenal tequila together. So let's. Let's go ahead and check it out.
[00:01:00] Man on the nose. You Definitely get the 1414 fingerprint of great, wonderful cooked agave. You can almost smell the sweetness and that steam coming out of the oven.
[00:01:15] You get some earthiness, some nice minerality. I almost pick up a little bit of limestone in there.
[00:01:23] Boy, that smells really good. So let's give it a taste.
[00:01:28] Cooked agave is there. I get some citrus, a little bit of floralness, and then that minerality comes in, and then it's got a nice peppery finish. It's really balanced. It comes in really silky smooth and sweet. And then it kind of heats up in the back of your mouth. And definitely not warm going down, Just warm in the mouth. And the finish. The finish. I get some cooked agave again. I get some pepper, some nice citrus. And yesterday when I drank this for my first try, I picked up some cinnamon in the finish as well. So I'm not getting quite as much cinnamon today, but I am getting some different peppery spices and some allspice. So this is a hit. I believe it's coming out somewhere around $40. It's a 40 ABV.
[00:02:25] Made the way tequila is supposed to be made, as far as I'm concerned, tastes the way tequila is supposed to taste. Hopefully we can get some more information on the brand and have them on a brand to interview. I know the owner had a background in alcohol for a little while, also worked in the grocery business, and has now made his way to have his own tequila brand. So I think we'd have a pretty cool story for a brand to talk about how they got to here. I don't think the brand's available everywhere in the United States yet. I will put their website right there. And if you have any questions about it, DM me. I'm sure I can get you some answers. And, Keith, thanks for getting this sent this way. When you see this one in the store, pick it up. This is a really good tequila. Thanks, guys. Have a great night.
